1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "phsky2," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phsky2 online gaming platform operated under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and accessible at phsky2.cam.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the phsky2 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a User on the phsky2 platform, which allows access to gaming services, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and related services provided by phsky2, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, sports betting, sabong, bingo, fishing games, and promotional programs.
• "Real Money Account" refers to an Account funded with Philippine Pesos (PHP) or other accepted currencies or payment instruments, used to place real-money wagers on phsky2 games and services.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-withdrawable promotional offers awarded by phsky2, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process by which a User requests transfer of Account funds to an external payment method, subject to verification, processing times, and applicable limits.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing lawful gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on phsky2, accessing the platform, or using any Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of phsky2 immediately.

phsky2 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to register an Account or use any phsky2 Services. phsky2 is intended exclusively for users physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access and use. Users accessing phsky2 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are strictly forbidden from registering or using the platform.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You are not prohibited by law, contract, or court order from using online gaming services.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You will use phsky2 solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To register an Account on phsky2, you must provide accurate personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You must create a unique username and secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.

phsky2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on phsky2. Creating multiple Accounts, using accounts registered under false names, or allowing third parties to access your Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. phsky2 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void associated wagers, and confiscate funds in such Accounts without prior notice.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phsky2 accepts deposits through multiple Philippine payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, RCBC, UnionBank, QR Ph, over-the-counter cash deposits, and USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency. All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your selected payment method and Account verification status. phsky2 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, or QR Ph are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfers and over-the-counter deposits may take between 5 minutes to 24 hours to reflect in your Account balance, depending on the processing times of your financial institution. USDT deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within 10-30 minutes.

You acknowledge that deposited funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phsky2 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party sources and to suspend or close Accounts involved in such transactions.

5. Withdrawals and Account Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Users may request withdrawal of Account funds at any time, subject to identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name.

phsky2 processes withdrawal requests as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Typically processed within 5-15 minutes for fully verified Accounts during business hours.
• Bank Transfers: Processed within 24-72 hours, depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
• USDT (Tether): Processed within 2-24 hours following blockchain network confirmation.

phsky2 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing withdrawals, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or first-time withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or in cases requiring enhanced due diligence.

5.2 Verification and KYC Requirements

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) legislation, phsky2 requires all Users to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Selfie holding your government-issued ID for biometric verification.
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash/Maya account, bank statement showing account holder name).

Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Daily withdrawal limits vary based on your Account verification status and VIP tier. Standard Accounts may withdraw up to PHP 50,000 per day. VIP tier members enjoy elevated withdrawal limits as outlined in the VIP program terms. phsky2 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider or receiving bank may impose fees beyond our control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

phsky2 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until all wagering requirements are satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a PHP 500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered PHP 15,000 (500 × 30) before withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

phsky2 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any behavior deemed to exploit promotional offers unfairly. phsky2 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.

Unclaimed bonuses expire according to the terms of each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered beyond the expiration date will be forfeited automatically.

7. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on phsky2 operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game information panel. phsky2 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for game results, which are determined exclusively by RNG algorithms or live dealer actions.

7.2 Betting Limits and Voided Bets

Each game displays minimum and maximum bet limits. Bets exceeding the stated maximum or falling below the minimum will be rejected. phsky2 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, bets affected by technical malfunctions, or bets determined to violate these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a voided bet, the wagered amount will be returned to your Account balance.

7.3 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other players or coordination of betting patterns to gain unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting phsky2 customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, deposit funds, or place wagers. phsky2 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening new Accounts during your self-exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phsky2 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game titles, audio, video, trademarks, and service marks, is the exclusive property of phsky2 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any phsky2 content without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 No Warranty

phsky2 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. phsky2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use phsky2 at your own risk.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phsky2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if phsky2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall phsky2's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10.3 Force Majeure

phsky2 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, power outages, or technical malfunctions.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 phsky2's Right to Suspend or Terminate

phsky2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Abusive behavior toward phsky2 staff or other Users.
• Creating duplicate Accounts or engaging in bonus abuse.

Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Account balance will be returned to you following completion of any required verification and compliance checks, less any amounts owed to phsky2. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

11.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting phsky2 customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all funds from your Account. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with active bonuses or pending wagers may require clearance before closure is finalized.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

phsky2 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using phsky2, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information, including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phsky2 cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact phsky2 customer support to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal action in accordance with Philippine law.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phsky2 concerning your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.3 No Waiver

phsky2's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or phsky2's right to enforce it in the future.
